You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reason. This is called the Cancellation Period.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform me of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model Cancellation Form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the Cancellation Period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you have requested that I begin performance of services before the expiry of the cancellation period, you will be required to pay to me an amount which is proportionate to the work performed prior to my receiving your communication that you wish to cancel the contract.
